The saying we are what we eat is true. Our bodies are made up of the same nutrients that we get from our food. Diabetes is a condition where our bodies cannot produce the required amount of insulin that can breakdown excess sugars into energy. If our blood sugar levels get out of control, the Insulin management of our body also ceases to function properly causing diabetes. will also come with serious health disorders such as heart conditions, kidney failure, blindness, and foot disorders.
When we are diagnosed with diabetes, then we need to understand the proper Diabetes management. There are two common types of diabetes. Type 1 diabetes is when your body does not produce insulin. Type 2 diabetes is when the pancreas is not producing enough insulin to control your blood sugar levels. Type 2 diabetes is said to be milder than Type 1 diabetes.
